Magda’s career has focused on the CRM and ERP space and she has been scoping and planning projects since 2005 on diverse systems such as SAP, Pivotal, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.

 

Magda is very detail oriented and can collect and collate data about a business' processes and ways of working quickly, through workshops and interviews. Armed with this she can deeply understand the business drivers and craft solutions using a blend of business process changes, software products and bespoke development.

 

Her forte is in planning and communications and her customers are confident that they know what’s going to happen and when. Magda has a track record of assisting companies to efficiently manage organisational and technological change through a holistic and logical approach that neatly meshes people's natural way of working with technical systems.
